The Winter Sheep Picture Felt Kit contains:
Enough pure merino fleece in 8 different shades – white, 7 shades blue/turquoise and grey together with 9 shades of merino wool rovings, to complete one large A4+ picture . The kit also contains white curly fleece and silk fibres .
Full instructions, felting needle, template, soap flakes, thin plastic sheet, foam and bubble wrap.
A picture normally takes about 5 hours.
Description
This Winter Sheep Picture felting kit can be used as an introduction to felt making; the instructions will give you a guide on how to build up a winter landscape felted picture with sheep and a vivid sunset. You will learn how to make the colourful sunset together with the felted tree. You will also learn how to create felted sheep with lovely curly fleece. The felting needle is included to help you define the shapes in the felted picture.
Whilst there are directions in the felt kit, you will only be limited by your imagination in building up the felted picture.

There are individual illustrated instructions and the sheep picture kit also has its own unique tutorial, giving a simple step by step guide. These great kits use the finest soft merino tops 70s (21 micron). I get my merino fleece from a renowned UK Wool Merchant, who sources the merino wool from non-mulesed flocks in South America, and then dyes the fleece using dyes that are non-toxic, colour fast and baby-safe. The sheep picture kit also has curly sheep fleece, sourced from UK flocks and then hand-dyed by me in my studio in Somerset.
